“Customer Service were very helpful when I placed my order. “I recently purchased a hamper for my brother's birthday which arrived on time. We have received our own before which our daughter arranged from Australia. Both hampers have been brilliant, great quality food and it's nice to know that this company is helping to support small artisan companies rather than the big retailers. We would be more than happy to use the British Hamper Company again.”

“I ordered a what I believe you would call a "bespoke" hamper from the US from the website to send to a work colleague who has been out on leave for a while, just to let them know that I was thinking about them and wishing them well. All of the items available for selection were very reasonably priced and the hamper arrived in the morning of the day it was promised. According to my colleague, everything was fresh and delicious and was packed with great care. It is always difficult trying to order something in another country, but I will not hesitate to use The British Hamper Company again when the need arises to send something to friends and family in the UK.”

“From my initial call the advice and follow up prior to the delivery was excellent. The hamper was for my sisters 70th birthday. She is based in Italy so we were concerned that all would go well, our concern was unfounded as the hamper was delivered well in time. She was very pleased with the service and quality of the items in the hamper. 5 star service in all aspects.”

“I cannot thank The British Hamper Company enough for helping me deliver traditional British hampers to a team in the US who recently provided invaluable help on an important project. The service of The British Hamper Company was incredibly prompt and fast. The American recipients were absolutely over the moon with their deliveries and loved tasting all the classic British delicacies! “Totally pleased with the hampers I have purchased ( recently at Christmas and most recently when a discount was available ). I now appreciate giving hampers not only for “usual” celebrations … Christmas, etc. … but also, as prompted by your regular emails, as “thank you” gifts ( for many reasons to thank friends and family members ). Thus will spend again, and probably again! ).”
