“We sent a hamper to our Aunt in Canada for a special birthday .... she was absolutely delighted, always loves a gift from the UK. I post parcels abroad a fair bit, and the cost at the post office has gone ridiculous, plus worrying about taxes, import duties and delivery dates. This is all taken care of. You receive emails notifying you of delivery progress, plus photo of doorstep delivery. Top marks all round, I'll certainly use them again.”

“First time I have used The British Company. A little nervous as it was being delivered to Australia. It was easy to order, I was kept informed and the overall service was excellent. It was delivered on the exact date. The recipients were delighted with the hamper and set everything out to take a photo so that they could send it to me. It looked great.”

“I bought a hamper as a corporate gift to thank a business contact. They haven't commented on the contents, but having used The British Hamper Company for around 10 years for gifts (and received a few too), I know that the contents will have been delicious. The process of corporate ordering was so simple. I had a quick chat with Emma in the Corporate team who made a suggestion, I gave the green light and she placed the order and sent me a payment link. “There was a problem with the delivery of the hamper we ordered, mainly due to the courier. On contacting Lorraine she immediately set about rectifying the problem. Within a few days a replacement hamper had arrived on the west coast of the USA. The recipient was extremely happy with the hamper and the kindness shown by Lorraine. If you judge a company on how it deals with problems and ensures that the customer is happy with the outcome then you will happy dealing with The British Hamper Company. Their products and customer service are first class.”

“This was the first time I had done a build your own hamper. After struggling to work out how to do it, I phoned customer services and within minutes and after a really friendly chat, the hamper was ordered. It arrived in the US without issues and on time and we were able to give it to the recipient personally as we are currently there on holiday!!! He was absolutely thrilled with it! This is my go to for beautiful gifts (made in England which is important to both me and the recipients) Easy to order, beautifully presented and all taxes etc taken care of. Why would you want to go anywhere else?”

“Unfortunately being in Dublin I do not get to see the actual hampers and am guided only by photos on your web-site. Sevice -wise, the 'operations' side of the purchase was perfect - e.g. delivery date performance and confirmation of delivery etc. I have used your service before and the only constraint I find is the lack of a hamper "customisation" option.
