“Not very good I am afraid / a young man answered the telephone and asked if he could help / he said he would transfer me to a sales desk / however nobody. Answered the telephone and I was waiting for several minutes. I therefore disconnected the call. Denis.”

Hi. Thanks for your feedback. The Bike Insurer is a comparison site, not an insurance company. We have a number of providers on our panel and looking at the information we have you purchased your policy from GoSkippy. You will need to contact them regarding paperwork. I hope that helps.

“As normal I used a the more known compare site as seen with the meerkats and I was given a half decent quote. And then for the first time I used The Bike Insurer just to check and compare prices and I was quoted a great price and this was with one of the bigger known bike insurance companies. Thanks for the great saving on my bike insurance policy. I would recommend this company and I will definitely be using The Bike Insurer site everytime when my renewal is due.”
