“These people sent a reminder at the wrong time and panicked me to believe my insurance had run out.I then re insured and had two insurances running at the same time.On calling them I had a young lady say to me 'your fault you should have checked as these are automated emails'.The problem is it cost me my no.claims for that year and I dont have the time as i have my own business and a 2yr old keeping me fully occupied, you rely on emails to be accurate.Very dissapointed.”
