“I was with Bike Insurer a couple of years ago but was lured away by a cheaper quote.. fine until you actually need an insurer to do something for you..like answer the phone! Never had any issue with this company, prompt communication and I have found them easy to deal with”

“very easy to deal with, very professional and all quotes, and documents were received very quickly. It's a shame that there is a need for all these types of insurance companies feel the need to charge an extortionate surcharge for minor amendments.”
