“Hopeless. Some how intercepted my message on confused. Com, promised me cheaper insurance so spent 10 minutes restating my details... Then out through to someone else who didn't get those details.”

“I tried to save money by using this service, I made a small mistake entering 1 year less owning my bike, I was charged extra for the premium and an admin fee (scam) which pushed my insurance way over my previous renewal quote, the cancelation charge was trapped me, I feel scammed and im sure your company make money from this but will definitely lose me as a customer and every single one of my biker freinds, thanks to social media, this will spread quickly.”
