“Actually looked into their website for 2017/18 insurance but got waylaid a bit and stuck with original company. Bike Insurer sent me a reminder for 2018/19 and were hugely cheaper than the other company. The site is very easy to navigate and use.”

“I would not even give them 1 star. After selecting a policy and paying in full I heard nothing from the underwriter with my new policy details. I emailed Bike Insurer customer services 4 times over 2 weeks, after no reply I called their sales team who logged my complaint and gave me the direct number for my underwriter. I still have had no reply from Bike Insuer customer services after 5 weeks and then they send me this satisfaction survey!!!!! Totaly dissatisfied and will not be using them again.”
