“Works well apart from the additional security question. You are presented with an out of date drop down list of locks and shackles which means you can have a super dooper angle grinder resistant lock and not get any discount because it's not listed. BTW 'not listed' is not an option on the list. As an example, I use a Hiplock lock which I believe to be one of the best locks available, but not even one of their products is on the list. Maybe they didn't pay.....”

“You have great difficulty assessing how good an Insurer is unless you ever have a claim.All you can go on is the initial price when first taking out a policy to see how competitive it is against similar policies, and then whether it is substantially hiked in price at renewal. Unfortunately in this case the renewal quote was way out of line with many other companies which is why I declined to renew. If Insurance companies rewarded loyalty, instead of boosting renewal prices the majority of customers would automatically renew....in this case I just moved on for a far more competative price!”

Hi Michael, thanks for the feedback. You used The Bike Insurer to get a quote, which is why we sent the review request to you. Your insurance purchase would have been made with whichever insurance broker you chose, and it's they who will issue you with the documents. “Absolutely brilliant. Got a couple of quotes from larger well known companies and was quite shocked at the prices. Did a quote through The Bike Insurer and was amazed. A quarter of the previous prices. Highly recommended. Spreading the word as I type”

“I don't think you want me to write a review about you after screwing my girlfriend over 3 yrs ago , who had just insured her 125 , with you , passed her test , brought a 650 and you basically embezzled the 125 insure fee. Completely hyped up the my big bike fee . We have three bikes and we will never ever use you again ........ it's something we will never ever forget ----- so gf yourselves”
