“After looking at the crazy prices to replace our ancient range cooker I found an ex demo from The Appliance Depot. Not only was there a significant discount off a brand new model they were offering a further 10% discount online. Ordering was simple and efficient. We were soon contacted to arrange delivery and contacted again 30 minutes prior to arrival. The lad delivering the range was polite, courteous and informative. I was amazed how quickly we were able to get the huge, heavy range from the van to the kitchen and he was a credit to the company. After delivery I noticed a part of the oven was missing (The plinth). On contacting the company the missing part was located and sent to me via 24 hour courier. All communication with the company has been excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend the Appliance Depot and will definitely use again.”

“Looking for an induction hob for my sons new flat, I found one here at a good price. I was contacted the next day to arrange a delivery, which was on time. When the driver dropped it off he opened the package and confirmed it was in perfect condition. Very happy with the service and would happily use again”

“Placed order which arrived swiftly and professionally. Great communication to book the delivery and again from the driver half an hour before arrival. Decided I wasnt entirely happy with my purchase, so a return and refund was agreed, again very understanding and pleasant swift transaction. Will be a returning customer as soon as I find something else to purchase! Thank you again, very nice team and good for this modern world to still have real people to talk to :-)”

“Very friendly and helpful response from Anna to our initial enquiry and then throughout the order process. It is great that we can defer delivery for 4 weeks as this helps us avoid the appliance being in storage here too far ahead of our kitchen installation. We are looking forward to receiving the appliance later this month.”

“Laura called me after I had placed the order to confirm what day the freezer would arrive, promised me a call from the driver 30 minutes before the delivery. Sure enough he call me, he arrived in good time, he even helped me take the old appliance out and put the new one in its place. The company is the epitome of GREAT customer services, why can't other businesses follow this simple model and just do what they say they are going to do?”
