“Really good place to get very good quality make appliances. Much cheaper than current competitors such as AO and Currys. I would highly recommend this place.”

“We were extremely pleased with our purchase and with the customer service we have received. Anna kept us informed regarding delivery, great communication. We were very impressed by Milan our delivery driver, he was really helpful, and provided an extremely efficient delivery. Would highly recommend The Appliance Depot.”

“Excellent service. Appliance was delivered on time without a fuss and the lead, which had been left out by the manufacturer, was replaced within 24 hours. The phone was answered promptly by a real person You couldn't ask for more.”

“Very happy with our purchase of a dishwasher and warming drawer. The items were well priced and matched the description.Delivery was one day late , however this was not a problem as we were kept fully informed and knew were we were in the following day drop off que.”

“I cannot fault The Appliance Depot :). Found a great deal on Ebay and it just got easier and easier after that. Amy followed up with a call to arrange delivery around my availability. The driver called 30 mins before arriving to confirm. He did a great job unloading and helping to move it into place. It was well-packed, just as described and exactly what was wanted. A pleasure to deal with I'd happily use them again. 5 stars well-deserved.”

“After looking at the crazy prices to replace our ancient range cooker I found an ex demo from The Appliance Depot. Not only was there a significant discount off a brand new model they were offering a further 10% discount online. Ordering was simple and efficient. We were soon contacted to arrange delivery and contacted again 30 minutes prior to arrival. The lad delivering the range was polite, courteous and informative. I was amazed how quickly we were able to get the huge, heavy range from the van to the kitchen and he was a credit to the company. After delivery I noticed a part of the oven was missing (The plinth). On contacting the company the missing part was located and sent to me via 24 hour courier. All communication with the company has been excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend the Appliance Depot and will definitely use again.”
