“First time I have ordered from the appliance depot and although my product isn't due yet I had spoken to two different female members of staff who were extremely helpful pleasant and knowledgeable. Product was a good price too!”

“I bought a washer/dryer for my new home but with quite a few delays to the home, Anna from the appliance Depot was incredibly friendly and helpful in figuring out a delivery date (multiple times!) that would suit me. I’m looking forward to receiving my washer/dryer soon! Thank you Anna and team!”

“I'm happy with my refurbished Smeg fridge freezer, which is working well. My only grumble is that The Appliance Depot wasn't able to deliver my order into my kitchen as there are two steps down from the hallway. Obviously a bit of a nightmare and involved me having to store it in my front garden under a tarpaulin and hire a separate company to move it. Otherwise, Jess has been super helpful and I'm pleased to have a classic item at far less than the RRP.”

“Purchased a slightly graded Smeg dishwasher that arrived in perfect condition and much better than described and is living up to its superb name. Customer service in terms of dishwasher cleanliness on arrival, communication, delivery and after sales were all superb. Would definitely purchase from this company again and would definitely recommend.”

“I recently bought a fridge from The Appliance Depot and the whole experience was positive. The appliance was exactly as described, customer service kept me notified of delivery date and time and the delivery driver indeed phoned me an hour before the item was delivered - what not to like!”
