“What a delight, friendly telephone conversations with the Appliance Depot! Within minutes of ordering a Neff microwave at a very good price because of a "tatty" box, I had a call from Anna to arrange delivery. This was agreed and immediately followed up with a detailed email. A phone call on delivery day gave me enough time to plan my day. The friendly delivery driver was so very thorough, photographing all sides of the Appliance before helpfully carrying it through to the kitchen. Couldn't ask for more from the service.”

“I needed to replace a faulty Siemens washing machine with a new model generally priced at about £529 but in my online search came across The Appliance Depot whose delivered price was £380.09. This was for a machine with very minor superficial scratches which as it happens would not be visible when fitted alongside other appliances. There are photos of any damage on the web site. I spoke on the phone to Laura in customer services who was very helpful and pleasant. I gather that they acquire their products direct from manufacturers where there is only cosmetic or packaging problems and the equipment functions perfectly and the manufacturer’s warranty still applies. I placed my order and received excellent service from the company and had a further query which was passed on in friendly manner to Laura. The delivery system is excellent and their driver was pleasant and helpful. The company does not provide installation But as it happens I am capable of doing this nor does it take old appliances back for disposal. Apart from this an excellent service and significantly lower price than I could find elsewhere which is actually lower than my previous obsolete similar model. I do not normally write reviews and hate all the marketing hype that goes on. But here is a company whose service is well worth examining.”

“Very good prices, and fair delivery charge. I was given very clear information about delivery on the phone at the time of purchase, followed up by email, and confirmed 2 days before delivery. Timing of delivery was spot on, with a phone call from the driver an hour before, and delivered quickly, cleanly and no obvious damage - not yet installed so will follow up if there is any problem, but I don't expect it. Well pleased with The Appliance Depot - thankyou.”

“Prices are exceptional and so are the staff. I spoke to Amy at 5.pm on Monday and confirmed that the item was in stock and agreed the price. She wasn't able to give me a delivery date but rang me back within minutes to offer me Wednesday at 6.30 a.m. (ouch - I didn't know that time even existed). Anyway, I agreed and was promised a pre-delivery call from the driver. The call didn't arrive but the driver did at 6.20am -very considerate of him - and I let him know that I was already waitng for him. The freezer was very quickly unloaded and moved the kitchen and the very pleasant driver carried on his way. Total time for the transaction from placing the order to delivery to my kitchen, 130 miles away, was just over 37 hours ! That,s fast. Yes, I will shop there again and I will recommend this company to everybody. Thomas in Lancashire.”

“Very happy with our new Neff dishwasher from The Appliance Depot, cheaper than elsewhere on the web and only graded due to box damage. Excellent service, prompt delivery and good communication throughout. This is the second time we've used The Appliance Depot and we'd happily purchase from them again in the future.”

“I’m delighted with my new Smeg fridge freezer. It’s ex display and has minimal dents and scratches but was only half the usual price. The staff at Appliance Depot were really helpful and courteous. They were able to arrange delivery to suit me and then reschedule when my plans changed. I will definitely buy from them in future.”

“Brilliant company! A pleasure to buy from. Phoned for query on a potential purchase: phone answered quickly, assistant was exceedingly helpful and had full product knowledge. Easy to negotiate website and to place order. Within short time received phone call about the date of delivery and the invoice came through immediately. Arrived exactly when promised with a 30-minute notice of arrival. Delivered by own van - really nice young man delivered and suggested we check our purchase. All was perfect and supremely well package. Definitely this is how to do business and have already recommended Appliance Depot to the builders who are constructing our extension and also to our friends and family. Outstanding.”

“This is the first type of purchasing from Appliance Depot. Their staff Laura and Anna were polite and very professional. The Price of the Bosch Fridge Freezer was already very good, but there was a black Friday 10% off which we did not remember to put in at checkout. We emailed to let them know, and they honoured it by refunded 10% off the price of our appliance. We are very happy with the quick delivery time (within 2 days) t and the driver Mike was very helpful.”
