“Excellent service, rang very soon after order to confirm delivery. The only downside was the courier company were supposed to ring to confirm delivery slot and they did not. Fortunately someone was in to receive the item. But I would use the company again.”

“The quality of the goods plus they were £50 cheaper than Amazon, from the first phone call a polite young lady helped to get the codes required for a purchase , when I called back a different young lady came on the phone again very helpful and polite sorry but do not remember thier names except one young lady who took my order Amy again very polite and professional, your driver rang half an hour before arrival and was a very helpful gentleman , di all the unpacking cleared up everything, I shall keep your number in case I am in need of anything else many thanks to all your staff Bryan Pullen”

“Having not bought a used product before I wasn’t sure what to expect given the description of ‘lightly used and would recommend an industrial clean’. Condition was actually great and you can barely tell it had ever been used. Very friendly service too, would highly recommend.”

“A pleasure to do business with. I ordered my new washing machine online and was phoned around 30 minutes later, to arrange a delivery day. I was advised to give them a call the day before delivery to get an approximate delivery time, I was also told that the delivery driver would give me a call 30minutes before delivery. Sure enough, I received my phone call, (And also a text message) to inform me that the driver was 30 minutes away. My item arrived on time and in excellent condition, delivered by a helpful driver! One very happy customer, I will definitely be returning!”

“Excellent company, price, communication. Amy took my order, helpful, friendly and professional. Prompt delivery by a very cheerful, delivery man, as I am a very senior persion (means very old) in plain speak!! He managed to get my new Haier washing machine into my new kitchen extension...reckon he had porridge or weetabix for brekky. He deserves a Gold Star no less. What a delightful company to deal with. “What a delight, friendly telephone conversations with the Appliance Depot! Within minutes of ordering a Neff microwave at a very good price because of a "tatty" box, I had a call from Anna to arrange delivery. This was agreed and immediately followed up with a detailed email. A phone call on delivery day gave me enough time to plan my day. The friendly delivery driver was so very thorough, photographing all sides of the Appliance before helpfully carrying it through to the kitchen. Couldn't ask for more from the service.”

“I needed to replace a faulty Siemens washing machine with a new model generally priced at about £529 but in my online search came across The Appliance Depot whose delivered price was £380.09. This was for a machine with very minor superficial scratches which as it happens would not be visible when fitted alongside other appliances. There are photos of any damage on the web site. I spoke on the phone to Laura in customer services who was very helpful and pleasant. I gather that they acquire their products direct from manufacturers where there is only cosmetic or packaging problems and the equipment functions perfectly and the manufacturer’s warranty still applies. I placed my order and received excellent service from the company and had a further query which was passed on in friendly manner to Laura. The delivery system is excellent and their driver was pleasant and helpful. The company does not provide installation But as it happens I am capable of doing this nor does it take old appliances back for disposal. Apart from this an excellent service and significantly lower price than I could find elsewhere which is actually lower than my previous obsolete similar model. I do not normally write reviews and hate all the marketing hype that goes on. But here is a company whose service is well worth examining.”
