“Super Fast, even with postal strikes in the UK. Great Customer Service. Always picked up phone and shared an update. I had to send my birth certificate overseas. Came back the same condition as sent! and its a good 40 years old!”

“I sent a document to be apostilled, which it was but I just think for the £100 plus it cost me it wouldn't hurt to send an email to acknowledge receipt of the document I sent !”

Dear Leigh, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. A high level of customer satisfaction is one of the primary values of our company. We do appreciate knowing if something can be better. We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible once documents arrive in our office. The additional administration involved with acknowledging receipt of every document we receive would mean we may not be able to viably meet our target processing times at present. Nonetheless, we are actively developing our systems to enable automated order updates throughout the legalisation process. We hope this will be feature will be live in the near future. “On the whole, I found this service to be fast and efficient with one caveat! The courier service they use are untrustworthy. Being given a date and time window for delivery, and waiting in for that delivery, and then receiving a message stating a delivery was attempted, but nobody was home was extremely infuriating. And to top it off, being told they had left a card when they clearly hadn't, just makes them very untrustworthy. When you consider the sensitivity of the documents they are trusted with, doesn't give you much confidence. I know this might be an isolated incident, but its the fact I was blatantly lied to is what's flagged up here!!”

“These guys are absolutely hopeless. They have completely failed at what they said they would do. They are slow, they are unreliable and they do not get documents to people on time as guaranteed. To make things worse, they don't have a service to speak to them on weekends which has led me to write this review out of frustration.”

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. We do strive to complete every order as quickly as we possibly can. Your document initially arrived at our office on 17/01/2023 and we completed and dispatched your order on 18/01/2023. Unfortunately, the courier firm used for delivery has let us down on this occasion. We have been in contact with them today to pursue this and get this resolved as quickly as possible. I can see the delivery fee has been refunded to you and we have also been in email correspondence with you regarding this today.
