I have reviewed your order details and can see we received your document on 15/02/24 then completed and dispatched your order on 16/02/24. This is the fastest possible time frame. “You provided me with a quick and efficient service, but there are issues concerning privacy. My address was not visible in the window of the envelope, but my phone number and email address were. Obviously I wish to keep both private. The postman must have had to shake the envelope in order to see my address. I suggest that you create new forms so that a person's contact details can never be viewed through the window and the address can never slip out of place.”
