“Fast and reliable”

“The company got the job done, despite the difficulties that it presented. It was an international commission, from an international student long time outside the UK. Some laws, rules, and regulations have changed and the company had to deal with that. I felt well-supported and got my papers promptly (considering the consulate red tape, etc.). They were polite, and that is nice for a change. Staff-wise the company seems to be running efficiently, and there are certainly some very experienced employees that raise the company to high professional standards. You can quickly see who is experienced, and who is not when difficulties arise. There is some younger/more inexperienced staff too, but it was not a problem. Overall I would certainly recommend their services, and I would have no problems contacting them again (which is very possible) in the future.”

“The Apostille Service was excellent. However, the receiving business (a bank in Saudi in this case) still is not satisfied with the document from your office. They asked for a lot of other stamps to "complete" the document as per their standard. My expenses related to this cause have amounted to 3000 Saudi Riyal (about 650GBP), a total rip-off to me. It might not relate to your service but I hope a standard is made up to help with these unacceptable prices and procedures.”

I can see we received your document on 16/03/2023 and we subsequently completed and dispatched your order on 17/03/2023. We obtained the apostille for your document that was being used in Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia acceded to the Hague Apostille Convention on 07/12/2022. This means documents that have been issued with the apostille should be legally recognised in Saudi Arabia as per the terms of Hague Apostille convention. It is concerning to hear the bank in Saudi requested further stamps on your document. This is contradictory to the legal framework Saudi have agreed to be part of. If we can be of any assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

“Outstanding/Excellent Service from The Apostille Service. The Admin staff if you email is answered on the same day or next day. Very informative of what is needed. Did Apostille, sent and back to house in 3 days! (2.5 days as you get it midday). So their team is superfast but I was told it is also dependent on FCO. The payment system great with options to choose what you need, even scan it before they post out, for safety. Tracking number emailed and SMS sent by them and told the day before it's on its way so you know, but also chageable date through courier if you are not in on that day! All in all, definitely would recommend this NO Nonesense Service! And great Price!”

“I paid for a 7-8 day apostille service. They then charged me an additional £20 unnecessarily. The documents arrived very very late - 2 weeks late in fact. They kept promising to deliver by a certain date and then I would receive a text about how they could not deliver on that day - The courier service they use is atrocious. The employees who do the customer service though were professional and polite however.”

It does affect our reputation as a company when we are let down by the courier service used. I can assure you we regularly review the delivery options we offer. After reviewing the order, I can see we initially received your document on 08/02/2023. We were then able to complete the full Vietnamese attestation process and dispatched the completed order on 16/02/2023. A high level of customer service is of the utmost importance to us so it is reassuring to hear you found the team to be professional and polite in your interactions with us. We will be refunding the return delivery fee to your card as a gesture of good will.
