“The service turn around was quick, unfortunately the return service is very poor, the service used to get the documents back deliver during "normal" working hours, unfortunately the service will not give a rough estimate of time just the day of delivery, as i was at work missed the delivery, i have now had to re arrange for a friday and take half a day off work, not very user friendly :-(”

Hi, Thank you for your review. We have checked the tracking details for your shipment and can see it was dispatched on the 26th February and delivered at 9:56am on 27th February. The item was sent using the DHL parcel next day service. They provide a 1 hour delivery window by text message on the day of delivery. In your review you have stated they would not provide an estimated delivery time frame and that you missed it on the first delivery attempt. As the tracking details show it was delivered on the first attempt we are unsure if you are confusing a delivery form another company with our delivery. Thank you for the review of our service. I am sorry to hear that your document has not arrived yet, but this is still within normal delivery times for the selected services. Looking at the order records we received your document on 6 February, arranged for the solicitor certification, issued the apostille and dispatched the order on 8 February. For the return of documents we provide two choices. The cheapest option is Airmail. This is dependent on the local national delivery service where you are located. The second option is DHL, which is very quick to most destinations, provides accurate tracking and is also insured. Whilst this option is more expensive it is recommended for any deliveries that are urgent. On the order record you selected Airmail which we advise can take several weeks for delivery. Unfortunately, there are very few alternatives for overseas deliveries. Customers either select a secure courier or choose Airmail based on their knowledge of local postal services. It is possible that the postal service has attempted delivery and no one was available to sign for the document. We recommend you contact the national postal service to see if they are holding your delivery. Regards, Mike.
