“The Apostille Service side of things works very smoothly so I have given you 5 Stars for quick and accurate processing of documents. However no Tracking details were received from the courier. Inaccurate address details on the DHL envelope resulted in a delivery problem. Please feel free to contact me for more details.”

Hi David, thank you for your feedback. I am pleased to hear you have safely received your documents. On the day of completion, all orders will be prepared to be dispatched via the chosen delivery method. The orders are then double-checked for accuracy prior to leaving our office. I can see that the initial shipment booking contained an inaccuracy which was picked up before this did leave our office. A new shipment was then created with the correct details and the order left our office the same day for delivery two days later. I am sorry to hear you did not receive the new tracking number for this. If we can be of any further assistance in the future or if you would like to discuss this please get in touch. “Please note the spelling in my name is incorrect. I was about to press “very good” as a comment on your work, but stoped as I saw something needs to be corrected there and might in your system as well ( otherwise no name on the Apostille and the letter, which I have received doesn’t require any correction)”

The service was provided and completed in our normal fast processing time of just 1-2 days. When sending the customer an invitation to review our service a typo was made in the person’s name. One letter was entered as an O not an A. We apologise for this error, but this was due the customer’s handwriting on the order form. Leaving a negative review of a service that met or exceeded expectations is not a fair reflection on our company. There was no error with the documents we processed. Thank you.

“Just used this service for my daughter, who is going to work in the uk. After two failed attempts at getting her certificates attested herself, time was getting tight. Used this company because of the good reviews and excellent service received. Certificates returned within the 5-7 days promised and any queries responded to very quickly. Thanks for the excellent service.”
