“The apostille service was good. However, the delivery was bad.They changed the date of delivery without notice and arrived a time after the latest for the day. Definatelly did not worth the 10£.”

“Very quick service, very friendly and efficient staff. I was a bit worried because every time I emailed a different person replied but their system works because they all had all the information and were able to respond extremely quickly. The only slip up was that I asked for birth certificate replacement to be requested using the standard two week service, not the fast service but the cost I was given was for the fast service, once I pointed out that I had requested the standard service the cost was promptly amended. Otherwise I could not fault the service.”

“My documents were not legally recognised by the French authorities - neither the translation or the apostille stamp - so I've wasted time and money on the service. I can therefore not recommend!”

Thank you for contacting us. I have reviewed your order and I can see that we have translated a document into French and added the UK apostille exactly as requested. The apostille is a government issued certificate. There is only one type of apostille so I do not know why the French authorities would not recognised it. Please contact the person requesting your document and clarify what they need. It is possible there has been some miscommunication and they need the UK document to be issued with the apostille. We will be happy to assist you however we can to resolve this but you do need to find out exactly what is required. Regards, Mike.

“Service was good but I emailed asking yr guys to email me a copy of the police report when u received it which would let us start processing paperwork for Kuwait ministry. Your guys waited until the police report came back from Kuwait embassy in London before they emailed copy to me. This negated the reason for getting the report asap.”

Thank you for the review of our service. When customers order a scan of the documents we complete the legalisation service and then send scan copies of the document and the relevant embassy stamps. Unfortunately we do not make scan copies of every inbound order as this would take hours every day and delay our service. We completed your document attestation in just 5 working days, emailed a scan of the documents and then dispatched these by DHL as requested. “I urgently needed copies of our divorce certificates apostilled in order to get married in Portugal. They also required authentication by a Solicitor. The Apostilled Service handled everything and express mailed.them to us in Portugal. Outstanding service.”
