In particular the lady that dealt with my emails, Jessica James, was fantastic - so friendly, professional and super prompt in replying to any queries I had. It's not really about the work, but being such a positive nature is just a cancer which spreads around in all endeavors, inside and outside the company. Thank you for the review. Your order was dispatched by Airmail as requested to Cyprus in December. Unfortunately, Airmail deliveries to European Islands can take several weeks (in addition to Christmas delays) as they are entirely dependant on local delivery services. Airmail records show that the document has been handed to the Cyprus postal service on 5 January. Your document should be with you in the next few days. Thanks for the 5 star review. It is good to read that our service met your expectations. For the return of documents we provide two choices. The cheapest option is Airmail. This is dependent on UK Royal Mail and the local national delivery service where you are located. The second option is DHL, which is very quick to most destinations, provides accurate tracking and is also insured. Whilst this option is more expensive it is recommended for any deliveries that are urgent or that are being delivered outside of Europe. We have tried other couriers, but find that DHL are the most reliable. Unfortunately, there are very few alternatives for overseas deliveries. Customers either select a secure courier or choose Airmail based on their knowledge of local postal services. Thanks again for your comments and happy new year - Lewis
