I am pleased with the quick service but after paying upfront for the postage I then had to pay an extra £1.50 to the post Office before they delivered the parcel as they didn’t pay the full postage when sending the items.

Thank you for your review.As all our postage is paid at the time of dispatch, the request you have received will not be for your parcel from Temptation Gifts. As in our email, the £1.50 payment request card from Royal Mail is dated 1/9, however your order from us was not dispatched until 1st at 12.25, therefore I’m afraid that this payment request cannot be for our parcel , and may be for another that is on the way to you. kind regards, Rebecca @ customer service

Website not bad but what put me of was the cost of postage and packing. I don't mind paying postage and packing but you have to pay again when you return items. To expensive will not but form this Company again and will tell others about the expensive costs.

I was not happy with the way my purchase was sent. The items arrived in a shallow box. I opened the seal on the box & the top item fell out onto the floor. The top of the box was domed so crushing the top item. This purchase of 3 items cost me over £50, I did contact the company who were apologetic but told me they did not want to use excessive packaging. I did not want loads of unnecessary packaging of course but the box was clearly too small & crushed the top item (priced at £37) A bigger box would have been more acceptable, there was sufficient material in the box to protect all 3 items, they just needed to be packed appropriately.

Thank you for your review. We can only apologise for any dissatisfaction you feel with the way your order was packaged. We train our team to pack products as compact as possible to prevent breakages but also to decrease our carbon footprint, trying to use adequate packaging as required but also doing our bit for a greener future. We have spoken to the fulfilment team who take great pride in how they package our customers orders about correct box selection while ensuring we also do not overfill with packaging as well. Hello, thank you for your review, Since Brexit, all orders being shipped to EU countries are now subject to customs tax and charges, the exact amount is determined by customs and excise in the country of destination, and unfortunately these are beyond our control. We are unable to arrange a system of delivery to the EU than means that the customer does not have to pay vat/local sales tax and or duty on the goods. , if your delivery is being made by FedEx, our chosen international courier , FedEx will usually notify you of any fee to pay either on the morning of delivery, or at the point of delivery. However, as in our international delivery information, in our experience, the implementation of additional fees and charges on international deliveries is somewhat haphazard and varies from country to country, so we are unable to estimate what, if any, fees may be charged to you. We therefore recommend visiting your government’s customs and import website for further information if you are concerned. Hallo, Parcel arrived safely, Present was lovely. After Brexit I had to pay an extra 9€ for tax which I found very unpleasant. I am very disappointed about your Brexit👎 Shopping in England from Germany before was ever so much easier and nicer. Juliane C.

I was happy with my purchase but didn't get the explanation l asked for as to why, if l ordered 2 similar items, l was expected to pay TWO delivery charges. In the end l ordered only one item for that reason.

Hello and thanks for the review. Further to our previous correspondence it's such a shame that this went missing in the post and Royal Mail didn't manage to deliver it, despite the fact that we sent it on December 11th. We hope that you have received your refund safely.

I am having a hell of a time receiving my order which I placed on the 9th of December it is now the 20th and too late to get to the person I bought it for, all customer service say is wait wait well now it is to late I want my money back of them never again I will stick too another company in future which actualy do care I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW.

I am sorry that you are disappointed that the pot is not a Terramundi, When you click on our website, our Temptation Pots are shown, along with also the Pot Of Dreams pots that we also have in stock. Jellycat Crispin Crab came with a damaged eyestalk so one eye will never stand up. I believe this was done by the packager. Product was rolled and smashed into a box too small. However the order was timely.

The money pot was in no way ‘glow in the dark’ like advertised. Very disappointed. Lovely money pot but I really got it for that reason.

I know this is not the fault of temptation gifts, but I was very disappointed with my Blue Java Banana candle. I’ve been using Woodwick candles for years & love them. Unfortunately the wick in this one was way off centre, so it didn’t burn - the wax pools & just puts the flame out. So disappointing. Just a note to everyone - check the wick is in the centre, so that you don’t waste your money on a candle that doesn’t burn.

The eco friendly wrapping paper I bought could not be sealed with normal tape I had to buy double sided tape (this is not mentioned on the website). The labels I bought could not be written on with a normal pen as surface too shiny
