“Love the gifts and they made a big hit with my friends. Unfortunately, I ordered 1 Chauffeur mug and one Chef mug but got 2 Chauffeur mugs. The invoice listed my order correctly - but the package contents were wrong. No easy way to return for the correct mug.”

“Great, well packaged but the prices were left on the bottom of the cups? I didn't think to check as they were in boxes. I just wrapped them up in their presentation boxes. But my friend opened it and the price was there! ????”

“Received my parcel within 3 days as promissed. The items i ordered were well packaged but some of the items were missing their wicks. Sorry these were small yankee candle tea lights. (cosy by the fire) I appreciate this is something you would not know about. Other than this i will be ordering again.”

“I am very satisfied with the service. However, as many customers probably buy your mugs as gifts - it would have been nice if they came in a suitable box. I know anybody can buy these boxes - even though I found it a little bit stingy (and tacky) - they wouldn't cost you much - perhaps it would be smarter to research the price and put it into the price for a mug instead??!! Personally, I would have found your company "a class better".”

“There was a problem with my order. A couple of items were missing and one item hadn't been ordered. All resolved very quickly following an e mail. Would still definitely order from temptation gifts again”

“Customer service was absolutely excellent. The payment company was rubbish, they wouldn't authorise release of the goods even though I had paid by Barclaycard and Barclaycard had authorised it and the amount had been charged to my account!!!!”

“I was happy with the choice of products on the website. The ordering process was easy to follow and I didn't encounter any problems. My order arrived promptly, however a greetings card I had ordered was placed at the top of the box, on top of my other items, and had got slightly bent in transit. Perhaps more thought could be put into packaging different types of items to ensure orders arrive in perfect condition.”
