“I was given the wrong product by mistake but as soon I emailed to let them know, I was given prompt reply and problem sorted out very quickly. I got to keep the product I'd been given for free and the correct one was dispatched the same day”

“They are lovely mugs but I had expected they would all be the Emma Ball Flowers series. However since googling I see that the original Flowers are not available and certainly hope they will be made again.”

“I was extremely happy with the Adviser that I placed an order with. She was knowledgeable and helpful. The goods arrived promptly and were very well packed. The only reason that I have marked it down as 'Good' as opposed to 'Very Good' is due to the inflexibility of order change.....I wanted to change a part of the order to a different item (this was within half an hour), sadly, this was not possible and the whole order would have needed to be cancelled and reordered on my card, to which I declined....didn't want the inconvenience of waiting for funds to be reimbursed. Aside from this one minor issue, everything excellent !”
