“Everything went well and quickly. Only disappointment the Emma Drinkwater 1/2 pint mug did not come in a box just bubble wrapped. For a mug of this price range I would have expected a box as giving as a present.”

“I was very pleased with my bracelet and earrings but the packaging was over the top, it was in a large box that would not fit through the letterbox therefore I had to go to the post office to collect it. The items could easily fit into a small envelope.”

“The product you sell very beautiful. I love mugs. This is my second purchase from you. 2005 I bought mags as well. This time my mugs were more lucky, didn't brake. The packaging box was so bad ( very thin cardboard box) and when I got mugs three from eight were broken. This time you wrap individully mugs very well, but the quality of the box is really pure. Why you use for high quality products such thin cardboard boxes? As I told, it was just a luck that the mugs didn't brake this time. One side of corner was flattened, other side of the box had a hole. Tatiana Andryukov, CA, USA”

“The gift is very beautiful, it was send to me being packed in right way, brought to me not broken. What looks for me not so nice, that the sending (post) fee is very high - it was in my case 50% of the gift price itself ! I don't know, how China's company can send little gifts for free or with very low post prices, but they do it ...”

“We wanted a sign that spelled the word "Love" in lights. In that respect this is exactly what we wanted, however, the first one we ordered didn't light up as it was broken. That was not what we wanted. But it was replaced, so all was well.”
