“I am very happy with this item. It is lovely and perfect as a gift for my auntie who loves ice-cream! My only criticism was the delivery time as it was redirected twice before it made it's way to me. Unfortunately it arrived after her birthday even though I placed the order a week before.”

“I placed an order at the start of the year and it was very delayed in arriving. I contacted Temptation and was told they were having problems with Royal Mail and if I hadn't received by the end of the week to contact again. I explained the item was for a gift needed by the weekend and so they sent again by priority mail. When I asked what to do if both items arrived, I was told to keep or donate to charity. I now have both parcels so will donate one to a tombola at chapel. Thank you!”

“I normally shop in the Henley branch which is always a pleasure but the item I wanted was out of stock so I ordered it online. Was all easy notified when it was sent. Only thing was it wasn’t packaged as well as I hoped. Barely any wrapping to protect it and then just in a plastic postage bag.”
