“Parcel arrived, but three items were broken. Spoke to customer service, they asked me to send a photo. I received replacements the following day, without any problem.”

“The service was very good, efficient, the mugs were very safely wrapped up for international delivery. We were very disappointed however, to discover that the Labrador mugs we bought as a present for our Labrador owning friends.... have Spaniels on the other side, which was not shown in the picture and not indicated in the description. We have to go with them as they are the only ones we have been able to find, but it is not ideal, our friends are not dog mad, just Labrador mad, don't understand why the Spaniels are there.”

“We have ordered mugs from you before, but unfortunately this time the size and shape was different. Maybe you don't make that style anymore? One of ours was Belles Fleurs by Paula Kozmierski. Maybe you could let me know if you still make that style? Thank you.”

“Was sent wrong mug which was bit annoying as was an international order. However they replied to my e-mail quickly and a refund was issued. So overall service was good.”

“Lovely packaging..beautiful items. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars was the delivery person left my Yankee candle package in the communal cupboard so was quite angry about that. Royal Mail would have left a calling card for re-delivery ????”

“The "Tea Rations" tin mug is a good product and very much as advertised on the website. Dealing with the company was very straightforward and I was kept informed re. Order received and shipping etc. Overall, a good shopping experience, especially with the discount on the product. I would certainly use this company again should the need arise.”
