“Lovely gifts, I bought 5 items all in the sale, very good prices, the delivery box was very secure and items well wrapped, Took off one star for slow despatch and delivery.”

“I ordered East of India ceramic Christmas tree decorations. They all look great and were good value for money compared to other retailers. They all came in little individual pockets. Very pleased. Gave 4 stars as they took a while to be delivered.”

“Nice range of gifts and sent fast. Confusing when paying via Amazon, received email saying payment was cancelled so reordered and was then charged twice and sent two items instead of the original order . Customer service has been good though, just awaiting refund”

“My mom has used temptation gifts before and so I thought I would try order something from the website because the product choices are just amazing! It makes buying gifts so much easier than going store to store and figuring out what to get a person. Super happy with the service, just wish I could track my parcel a bit more.”

“Everything is good, but I wish I had a little more control or information about the wrapping option. I don't love the wrapping colour and pattern and the handwritten label is a little underwhelming. I understand I maybe shouldn't have expected calligraphy or something but I paid extra to have a regular ballpoint pen write something. That is a little nit picky though”

“Unfortunately I had to send the item back as it was not as nice as the picture on the website. The return procedure was easy after contacting customer service. It would have been easier if there was a return option attached to my account. The other issues I have is that the item was squashed very tightly which did not help with the look. Also I thought £3.50 to return the item, all I wanted was exchange for a different item but I was told that was not available.”
