“Was delighted to find that the Dunoon mug that had got broken at home could be replaced by Temptation Gifts. The mug arrived intact & extremely well packed and within a reasonable delivery time span.”

“Order dispatched quickly, tape was all broken on the box when arrived but thankfully order was intact. I let them know but instead of taking feedback about packaging on board received a defensive reply blaming courier and saying no issue with the tape when clearly was. I won’t order with this shop again”

“The shopping experience was overall good! The shipping came on time and everything was perfectly as in the pictures. The only thing is that I keep getting a FedEx invoice to pay the delivery when I paid it at the same time of the purchase. Weird. But apart from that everything went lovely. Thanks.”

“The product was cute and intact upon arrival, and fairly priced, but was only wrapped in paper and bubble wrap. I would suggest that anyone intending to order anything breakable take this into account when ordering.”

“My item was delivered by the expected date and was cery eastly to track. However Royal Mail gave false infor.atuin as to when the package would be delivered as they intially said two working days before it was actually delivered. However, i would recommened this site as thoroughly enjoyed recieving my parcel.”

“I ordered a jelly cat in the Christmas sale, he is a cute mince pie. People say why? And I say why not. He he!! Came in plenty of time too. Shane it didn't come in a jelly cat special bag like you get on their own website.”
