“Looks good quality. Heavier than expected. Not a flat plate more dish-like. Numerals are hard to define when hands are at 5-7 though as pattern runs through. Looks good on the wall, just not as flat as I was expecting.”

“The online ordering procedure was easy to navigate. The confirmation of order email stated that a further email would be sent when the toy had been dispatched. I waited several days for this and eventually phoned to be told that the order was with the dispatch department and the person I spoke with was unable to say what the delay was. I received an email the next day to say Dexter had been dispatched but there was no indication of which carrier was to be used or a tracking reference. It would have been helpful if this information had been provided. As this was a Xmas present I was concerned that it would not arrive in time.”

“Speedy delivery and well packed. Unfortunately wrong item sent but soon resolved with a quick call to customer services who quickly sent correct items with prepaid sticker to send wrong item back.”

“Good prices and delivery times, packing is often a squash and a squeeze but things have been ok. I’ve only bought branded things. The postage is high I think, compared to other websites who offer a fairer price and a lower ‘free postage’ ceiling.”
