“I recently ordered some Dunoon Henley mugs, 4 for a birthday present and one to replace one that I broke. 5 in total, as soon as I have sent the order I found a mug with horses on and orders it within a few minutes of the first 5. I emailed customer services to ask if they could pack them all together with the intention of saving postage and packaging. Customer services replied and said they could do that, but will refund the packaging on the single mug as a gesture of good will. Very prompt delivery and customer service. I just wish these online companies had better communication internally to prevent waste and packaged the two orders together, it seems common sense to me.”

“Very prompt information about order, and very pleasant customer service lady when there was a problem with delivery which was the fault of Royal Mail NOT Temptation Gifts. It took a week longer than promised by Royal Mail to deliver this item.”

“The jellycat itself is lovely and a quick service, but I have to be honest, I was very, very disappointed at the quality of the gift wrapping for which I paid extra. I expected at the very least a jellycat bag and feel that a bit of wrapping paper, bow and a very plain tag was not worth the extra, so much so I unwrapped it and will now wrap it myself.”

“A great selection of items at good prices. I ordered the Dunoon Christmas Lomond mugs and they are beautifully made of fine bone china. They arrived well packaged and within a couple of days of despatch. My only small quibble is that you have to pay extra for boxes to put the mugs in. I would have thought such high quality mugs would have automatically come in a box. I would recommend this company.”

“Quick service with no issues. I usually buy Jellycat items straight from manufacturer, but out of stock. Was surprised item not in Jellycat drawstring bag, hence only 4 stars. However, had I nor previously bought elsewhere, this would have been a 5.”

“Quality of goods excellent. Speed of dispatch excellent. Sadly, using Royal Mail as a delivery service meant the item didn't arrive for over a week as it was sat in the local depot for 4 days. Not Temptation's fault at all.”
