“quick delivery of 2 separate items- first package from temptation was really well packed but the personalized gift packaging (from another supplier) was not very robust and had been put through the letterbox so I was afraid it had been damaged, but it worked well (a clock). Both items really good quality.”

“Having ordered 7 mugs pre Christmas, it would have been helpful if your packers had indicated which design was in the individual well wrapped bubble protection as re wrapping spoils the effect.”

“I ordered some Dunoon mugs, which arrived quite quickly, and well packaged with tissue and then plenty of bubble wrap, but for the price of the goods I would have expected them to be in individual gift boxes. This is probably a reflection on the Dunoon firm rather than Temptation Gifts themselves though.”

“I was pleased with the product, but thought it very poorly packaged for postage, just loose in a large box with no protective wrapping at all. Fortunately it did not break, considering it was glass!”

“Lovely site and good prices plus excellent customer service. The negative is my order arrived broken so was very disappointed but had the offer if refund or replace so they couldn't be fairer than that. Just need to sort out packaging.”

“Goods arrived as described, and am I happy with the quality. The reason I didn't give 5 was that the package was very battered when it arrived (probably nothing to do with the retailer, but their delivery service). Fortunately the contents were not damaged. I would recommend this company to others.”
