“It was great that the item was in stock and at a reduced cost compared to my local supplier of Jelly cat products. Shame that the delivery cost meant it was more costly than the shop. But it arrived in a good state. In fact it stands up much better than the shop version. I bought the jelly cat item for my daughter which she hasn't seen as yet.”

“Stated on the site it would be delivered in 3 - 5 days, but this is from when they have it ready for dispatch rather than when you order it, so in my case it was closer to 10 days. The product was well wrapped to prevent breakage and of good quality.”

“I ordered a jellycat from here but after 2 week still hasn’t arrived. I emailed and within three day they are sent me another one and apologised for it going missing in the post. The team in customer service were fantastic in their response time and solution. What would have been a negative experience turned into a positive.”
