“I ordered a jellycat from here but after 2 week still hasn’t arrived. I emailed and within three day they are sent me another one and apologised for it going missing in the post. The team in customer service were fantastic in their response time and solution. What would have been a negative experience turned into a positive.”

“Bought Iris Siamese Jellycat as a gift, was really happy with the price and delivery, unfortunately the gift wrapping service wasn't the best and if I ordered again I wouldn't bother to pay extra for it. But overall happy with my purchase.”

“Pretty good, my stuff arrived on time so that’s always good, shipping was a little pricey i think? So was the teddy I bought but it came nicely wrapped and in great condition so I can’t complain”
