Teletext Holidays (trading as teletextholidays.co.uk) is under the new ownership and management of Teletext Travel Ltd, having acquired the necessary intellectual property (IP) from the liquidators of the former owners Teletext Ltd. As an independent entity, we want to clarify that we have no affiliations with the previously known Truly Travel Ltd or Teletext Ltd, both of which entered liquidation in 2021 and 2023, respectively. Following their liquidation, they were acquired by Teletext Travel Ltd.

I had great service from Clara, Jennifer and Kenneth. Not only did they make real efforts to find the best deal on the hotel I wanted, they also helped sort out a mistake I had made in the passenger details. Would recommend!

Booked a last minute holiday with Teletext Holidays. I had spoken to Martin over two evenings trying to sort out best package and nothing was too much trouble. I know we took up so much of Martins time but he was so helpful and patient ensuring all was correct and we were totally happy. Thanks Martin

I booked my holiday with teletext holidays because they was very competitive and they got me everything from the hotel, flights and transfers the person who helped all this to work so smoothly was Kenneth, he had the time and patience of a Saint. I would be booking my next holiday at Christmas through Kenneth again he was very helpful and had plenty of time for me, nothing was too much trouble. He's very professional and very knowledgeable. The whole process has been not great. Rang up booked a package paid a deposit. Then got called that afternoon to say that the price had gone up by nearly £1000 as the accommodation was not available. I asked to cancel. They then called me back later on to say that if I paid £400 extra then all was ok. I still said no cancel. They then offered me to just pay £50 extra to which point I said ok. Paid the first installment on time and now paid the second installment early. It’s now over 48 hours later; and 4 calls in to customer services later; and still no confirmation of full payment made and the booking vouchers confirming flights, accommodation and private transfer. Why is it so slow and difficult. Having used teletext a few years ago with no issues this process has left me with little to no confidence in teletext holidays going forward. No one wants to call you back or send you the bookings unless they want to call you and ask for more money.

Mark was so helpful at finding me a holiday. I had done research before our conversation but he found me a better price. He also arranged the flight from Gatwick as it was closer for me for me and flight times that were in the daytime. He followed up the booking with a phone call, to ensure that I had read the conformation info and if I was happy with everything. I found this a pleasent surprise and very high level of customer care. Thank you to the team as well, who managed any communication at a very high standard.

Everything went really well, up until the point holiday was paid for waiting for final confirmation email, got call price increasing by £70. Was waiting for call from manager, no call. When I called representative left for the day, and might get a call back on Monday. Feel so disappointed that paid for a holiday, and have to know wait for couple day until issue gets sorted. Alway heads very good experience booking with teletext, but not this time.

I regret leaving a good review after booking my holiday with Teletext. I had assumed the service received from the sales team was a consistent across Teletext. I was wrong. Book your holiday with them if you are sure you don't need customer service!! This is the worst customer service I have ever, ever, ever come across. All they do is apologize for their failures and make empty promises to rectify it. None of the five people I have spoken to today have followed through and produced my final documents! Sales team all smiles and cordiality, because they want you to buy a service from them after that it's all downhill. Rubbish service, made me feel I was dealing with a group of scammers! I won't be recommending or using them again. The last person I spoke to, who also promised the documents within half-an- hour was Andy and I'm still waiting, nearly 1 hour later.
