As an independent entity, we want to clarify that we have no affiliations with the previously known Truly Travel Ltd or Teletext Ltd, both of which entered liquidation in 2021 and 2023, respectively. Following their liquidation, they were acquired by Teletext Travel Ltd.

If I could give Teletext Holidays a zero stars, i would. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I need to warn others about this deceitful company!! From the moment I made my booking, the lies began. I have made approximately 50 calls and submitted a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR), yet I am still no closer to obtaining the recordings of the calls that would prove I was mis-sold my holiday. Ten days past the due date for their response, and they continue to ask for another 48 hours! This is beyond ridiculous! When I tried to cancel within just 30 minutes of realising that the agent had only booked 6 nights instead of the 7 I requested, I was told I would be liable for the full cost of the flights—an eye-watering £1,000 and was not able to use them despite paying for them!! I felt cornered and had no choice but to pay the balance, as I couldn’t afford to lose that amount. I wasn’t given a payment plan despite this being advertised, and after receiving an email demanding £3,500 within 3 days of booking, they extended it to 10 days as a supposed gesture of goodwill—what a joke! Yup I’m now in debt due to having to borrow to pay it off!! I attempted to change my dates to enjoy at least one aspect of the ultra all-inclusive package I had requested something that was free at the time of the calls, but due to failed callbacks and being passed around, it was too late to change without incurring further charges. I had called at least 15 times in those 3 days! The major issue? After all payments were processed, the confirmation revealed that I hadn’t received the ultra all-inclusive package I specifically requested multiple times. I even queried the “all-inclusive” label on the contract before signing to the agent , and was reassured it was indeed ultra-inclusive; it just didn’t reflect that in the system. I was duped into signing away thousands of pound!!! When I reached out to Teletext to review the calls and prove that I had been scammed, I received a condescending email stating that everything was correct as per the contract I signed. What part of “listen to the calls to prove it’s not” do they not understand? L. It’s absolutely scandalous! This was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime holiday for my 40th birthday with my kids, and instead, it has turned into a source of stress and tears. Since June 16th, there has been no resolution and still no recordings sent my way. I will be taking this to small claims court because I refuse to let this go! All I’ve asked for is what I was told I was getting at no further cost to myself or a full refund to book elsewhere. It feels like the customer service agents are trained to lie; they all say the same thing and then you can’t reach them for days to be passed onto another agent who promises the same thing. It’s pure madness! Promises of phone calls back that never materialise, promises of making things right—how I wish! Do yourself a favour and steer clear of Teletext Holidays! Avoid this company at all costs unless u fancy been scammed like me!!

This is brilliant from suggestions from Pavan kalyan,to customer service by Kenneth to the VIP Transfer service received Suntransfers to the fantastic hotel Sensitive to the added tours from the hotel has given me a holiday experience like never before. I would give tis holiday 11/10 05 6/5 because it was an all round fantastic service and experience .I paid a lot of money but it was well worth it.Thank you looking forward to going to Morocco through you next. Spoke to sarkar originally who charged me almost 6000 for a holiday.. I specifically asked for atleast 1 or 2 checked luggage alongside hand luggage suitcase to take on the plane which i was informed was 8kg. Booked the holiday and then he told me - did not have any checked luggage . Fought for 3-4 hours for it to be added . Next day I went on Pegasus app .. behold they had not booked my ticket!!! Rang several times and finally they did a different booking cause they missed me off .. and then the worst part - they have not give me hand luggage they expect 6 people to go on holiday with no hand luggage or checked baggge even though I consistently told them I needed hand luggage with 3 children under 6 ! and with a connecting flight . for a week they have been ignoring me . Transferring me - messing with my sanity.. false promises to tell me they are not going to give it me .. absolutely ridiculous- spoke to GAVIN, Sasha , Kenneth and vyshnvi - asked to be spoken to a manager for 3 days straight these managers are in meetings and unable to speak all day! Still waiting for a call to resolve this.. my 2 year old also has no luggage for a 10 hour flight .. I don’t know how they expect me to change clothes and nappies !!! Still awaiting calls to be listened to - they came back to me already and said no they can’t add hand luggage they ‘listened to the calls’ now they are attempting again .. let’s see now - cause me sleepless nights , stress and blood pressure problems

Totally mis sold a holiday to Morocco. Gave the worst hotels, in terms of hygiene, service, faults and mould. Don't reply to emails or help in anyway to rectify. Say one thing whist selling the holiday on the phone, till you have parted with your money. When you ring with further queries, the person that initially sold you the vist (in my case- Nitin) will conviniently never be available. Seems like an elaborate scam. Totally ruined a 2 week family holiday. Please avoid this company. Wouldn't even give them a zero.
