Following their liquidation, they were acquired by Teletext Travel Ltd.

“I like using Teletext because I can talk to someone on the phone and discuss different options - this is so much easier than booking online and the agent can make you aware of different options and offer you deals too Nancy was a brilliant agent and she helped me to book the holiday that I wanted - her customer service was great - this is the 2nd year I have booked using Teletext and I couldnt find a deal better for the same hotel on the same dates elsewhere on teh internet”

“⭐ 1/5 — Extremely stressful experience – would not book with Teletext Holidays again Unfortunately, our experience with Teletext Holidays was extremely stressful and put a huge cloud over the build-up to what should have been an exciting family holiday. We booked and paid Teletext directly for a family holiday to Tenerife for 2 adults and 2 children, costing £2,093. Our confirmation clearly showed all four passengers on both the outbound and return flights. However, just TWO DAYS before we were due to travel, we discovered that only one passenger had actually been ticketed on our outbound Ryanair flight. This caused an enormous amount of panic and anxiety. With our holiday so close, we were left worrying whether three members of our family would even be able to travel. In the end, I had to pay an additional £285 under protest simply to secure the three missing seats and make sure our family could actually go on the holiday we had already paid for. What has made the situation even more frustrating is the way my complaint has been handled since. Rather than simply acknowledging what went wrong and taking responsibility, I have had to keep explaining and challenging their responses. I paid Teletext directly for a package showing four passengers travelling. I should not have had to pay hundreds of pounds extra at the last minute to ensure the passengers named on my booking could actually travel. The financial side is bad enough, but the stress this caused in the days immediately before our family holiday was awful. Instead of looking forward to going away, I was making calls, sending emails and worrying about whether our family would be able to travel together. Mistakes can happen, but for me the real test of a company is how they put things right afterwards. So far, I do not feel Teletext has done that. I am continuing to pursue my complaint and will update this review depending on how Teletext resolves the matter. Based on my experience so far, I would not book with Teletext Holidays again.”
