As an independent entity, we want to clarify that we have no affiliations with the previously known Truly Travel Ltd or Teletext Ltd, both of which entered liquidation in 2021 and 2023, respectively. Following their liquidation, they were acquired by Teletext Travel Ltd.

“I would like to say that Nancy in the Sales team was extremely helpful and patient. She helped us with our booking process which was very thorough and efficient. There was an issue with room allocation however Nancy resolved this straight away by calling me back and letting me know what else was available. Thank you, we are now looking forward to a great holiday 😊”

“I am posting this review to highlight severe misrepresentation, deceptive sales tactics, and complete abandonment by Teletext Holidays during a £6,000 family holiday to Egypt with three young children. Deceptive Sales & Pricing Tricks The process started with aggressive cold calls from a representative who became exceedingly rude when asked to stop calling. When we agreed to book, we were given high-pressure lines like "We’ve just had a cancellation, book now!" only for the agreed price to suddenly increase at payment. Furthermore, despite paying for two Superior Rooms, the booking confirmation arrived showing one room had been downgraded to a Standard. Left Stranded & Out of Pocket Upon arriving late at night in Egypt, the hotel informed us that Teletext had only booked one single room instead of the two we paid for. We were left abandoned in the lobby for 4 hours with three exhausted young children, receiving zero response from Teletext. To get off the lobby floor, the hotel forced us to pay an extra £1,000 out-of-pocket for a cramped family room with 3 beds jammed together for a family of 5. Unsafe Transfers The "complimentary" transfer was appalling. The minibus was unsanitary, reeked of stale cigarettes, and the driver was texting on his phone while driving erratically the entire journey, severely compromising our safety. Zero Accountability Teletext is fully aware of all of this. We have supplied them with full email, photo, and video evidence verifying every single claim. Unsurprisingly, they have ignored all correspondence and failed to respond. We are now taking formal action and submitting a complaint to the ATOL travel board. Do not trust the prices they quote, and do not risk your money or family's safety with this company.”

“I don’t really think I’d book with Teletext again. You don’t really get confirmation of payments & outstanding balance. I thought I’d paid the full amount but it turns out I hadn’t a genuine mistake & got an email saying if I didn’t pay my holiday would be cancelled. Apparently this should have been paid 4 months ago & they only told me today. Luckily I hadn’t the money to pay & Zubair & Kenneth helped with my queries to get this sorted but I’m not very happy😞”
