“This is my third course with the TEFL organization, and I really appreciate the clarity and detail of the information that you teach. But with the most recent course I took (test accredidation), I was struggling some days as I have ADHD and tons of written information for me is confusing and kind of anxiety inducing. My suggestion is perhaps making some of the lessons into videos--- like in the methodology course--- because I found that a lot easier to follow than just constantly reading. I think that may benefit some of your other neurodivergent customers, as its a common issue with us. Thats all 😁”

“I found the course informative and enjoyable to complete. The quizzes and assignments were on the whole very good, although in the last course, teaching lessons, the word counts were very small. I was concerned I had not included the right information, as there was so much you could write but the word count would not allow. I would drew your attention to the assignment on Reading for a Specific purpose (I think this is the forth assignment in the teaching lessons course). The question asks to complete a different task to the lesson within the video clip, but the only lesson you can really do is ask questions of your students to check understanding. I therefore think the question format is not particularly clear. This is a small quibble in what was a great course. I'm looking forwards to applying for work and putting my new skills to use! I would like to conclude by stating the best part of the course was the weekend observation. The chance to meet fellow students and a knowledgeable teacher was truly fantastic. A big shout out to Steve who ran the weekend course.”

“Hi! I recently just purchased the tefl certification course and have not started anything yet. I just keep getting emails to review the course that I completed..but I haven’t. Once I have successfully completed the course I will review. Hopefully more due diligence will me made when identifying who finished the course and who has not.”

“I have recently join in TEFL and completed grammar course before moving onto teaching training. As I thought this is most sensible things to do as English is my second language. I really enjoyed the course structure. Very well presented by teachers. Class lesson a bit hard to understand specially conversation between students and between teacher and students. The best thing is I had a time table and set a time to finish which helps me to programme my week ahead and to ensure I finish my course on time. Thank you :)”

“Well firstly spell check your emails, you have written: Hi Catherine, You have recently asked you to review The TEFL Org. Please help us improve our customer satisfaction by writing a quick review. It should say WE have recently.... Secondly I find the wording of how you market your courses incredibly frustrating, and it is hard to differentiate between each course. I had to ask numerous questions. I tried via the chat but the response is very slow. Days in fact. I do enjoy learning with TEFL and I am doing an advanced course. I would like more advanced courses or a way to booster my 168 hr one, which I chose as it was the maximum one, but now there is a diploma, and I would have to go through the whole course again to get the diploma. I wish there was a way of not having to do the whole thing. I would be very interesting in a course to 'upgrade' to the diploma. I would also like more courses on teaching business. I am currently doing the advanced how to teach online. I would make one comment about one of the videos, one of the teaches Anthony, is teaching from his bed. I do not think this is appropriate in the slightest. The teaching video is good and it is a great example EXCEPT that he is on his bed. Below it says how did you communicate with the company, I tried Live Chat twice but the response was very very slow. But out of all of this I would like you to clarify your courses much better please, as they all seem to offer the same and it is not very clear.”

“This fully online course allows for self-paced learning, which suited me very well as I am working full-time. The assignments are relevant and good practice for future lesson planning. My tutor always marked my assignments promptly and provided constructive feedback.”
