“Excellent and well structured course with many avenues for further career progression. It provides a great opportunity for anyone looking for an alternative to higher education or even an addition. Completed it and has even helped me to land my first part time job experience which required English proficiency. The course and certificate was great evidence of this !”

“Hello, Sorry not to write feedbacks after units as I was so busy recently. The course was well-designed and very useful. The videos were engaging and the resources were very helpful. “This course has really gave me a confidence boost in terms of learning all the necessary English skills I’ve since forgotten upon leaving secondary school! “I did learn a lot from this TEFL course. I thought the first 2 course units were very well thought out and educational, and the third course unit was decently thought out and showed a good visual representation of what to do and what not to do. However, I thought the last 2 course units seemed rushed. I also thought there was a gap in learning, as almost all of the demonstration videos and activities given were geared more towards intermediate students. Teaching anything less than that was almost skipped over.”

“Instructor is giving feedback for your assignments which is very useful for you to focus and improve yourself more. It was online teaching but I felt like I am doing it face to face. The materials and the activities are quite good , I noted down many of them for my future students . It helps you to improve.”

“I have enjoyed working through the course of TEFL I was encouraged to add to my learning and felt confident as I had a capable tutor who both challenged me and guided me through the process. After dedicating this time to learning, I am confident that I am prepared with the tools and methods that I have gained to be successful in any classroom setting. I now have experience and resources that will be a wonderful support to me as I pursue my goals. Thanks to my tutor Alan who has been an excellent part of this learning experience. “I thoroughly enjoyed this course. The multimodal approach to teaching kept the course engaging, fun and very clear to understand. Feedback on assignments was thorough and recieved very quickly. “I've just completed the TEFL Teaching English Online Course. It was a pretty good course, though the resources mentioned in the course should be updated, as some online services and apps no longer exist. The staff at TEFL.org were very helpful and they provided good customer service.”

“Overall a good course. It would be helpful to have tenses referred to as past tense as well as past simple for example. More in-depth reasons as to why questions are answered 'incorrectly' in the Quiz sections. 'That is incorrect' doesn't help me understand why! I would also like to see example videos of online and large group classes too.”

“Poorly structured course, the video course should be integrated with the methodology course. I didn’t feel supported nor do I feel like this course prepared me for my current position teaching English.”

This is certainly unusual as you will see we normally receive excellent feedback on the structure of our courses. We also train thousands of students a year who go on to live and work abroad successfully with their TEFL.Org certificate. All students are assigned a tutor who can help support them through the course as well. You would have been able to contact your tutor at any time you needed help with your course. We also support our students with writing their TEFL CV, as well as grant lifelong access to our TEFL Org Jobcentre, where you will be able to exclusively access many TEFL positions both internationally and online. We also encourage an active Facebook and forum community, which include weekly webinars, blogs and a podcast.
