“These guys go that extra mile, anyone can sell a box that is easy but when you have an issue that is when you find out what a company is really like. I have an issue with my Filament and Myles was just so on the ball. I cant recommend these guys enough the Tech support you receive is second to non. I dont bother to look anywhere else for any of my printing needs because I know if and that is a big if as there quality is top notch also, I know I will get the very best of after sales help. Do yourself a favor and try them out you wont be disappointed.”

“Black Friday was the first time I'd ordered from Technology Outlet - had never heard of them before - and was impressed by, well, everything about them really! First order (ender 5 plus - huuuge box!) was placed on Friday, and even though the (free) delivery was set for Tuesday, I received it Saturday morning next day via DPD. I rang TO a few times also whilst deciding on which printer to buy, and every time I called they were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to answer the phone. My second order (more Black Friday deals - can't resist!), I ordered various filament spools and resins. One of the filaments however was a different weight to what was advertised on the website, but rather than brush the issue under the table or tell me to send it back, they went above and beyond - with zero hassle they sent me out a second filament spool (colour of my choosing too) to make up for the discrepancy (which arrived next day). Anyway, overall I've been really impressed - it's rare to find a UK company that offers both competitive pricing and excellent customer service these days, and I'll definitely be shopping here again.”

“Buying a 3D printer can be daunting especially for new users. I have been an early adopter of the tech and am still learning. Technology outlet are always my first port of call and I won’t change. I own several printers all from TO and the prices are often better than those on auction sites etc. Irrespective though I would order from them because if you do have a technical issue then they will help you quickly. In fact recently I experienced issues with a printer and although it took several days to resolve they displayed so much knowledge and patience. Obviously machines are everywhere now and some are very cheap but from experience after sales support emails to and from China are more often than not a total nightmare not to mention trying to get a return. Have just received another machine it arrived incredibly quickly and it was up and running within an hour although as usual for me I had issues with levelling. I managed to see my error but it was reassuring that they were on the end of a phone or email and they would know the machine so would be able to offer the specific support. They really are a very good example on how a good company should be and they are far from being jacks of all trades and master of none. Brilliant… my next purchase will be for a resin printer and these guys will be my first choice”

“Ordered an ENDER 5 PRO and it was delivered next working day. After i completed the build i ran into a minor problem and contacted the technical department. They understood the problem and it was resolved with minutes. Their communication from the very start was excellent and other companies could learn from their customer service. “Stay Clear - Provide tracking details for shipments that have not yet shipped, also tracking detaisl for goods which are being delivered to a totally different address to mine...Plus NOBODY answers the phone or answes EMAILS ! “Technology Outlet (TO) are exactly what one would expect of a good company. My order was swiftly completed and delivered within 24 hours. Arrived exactly when stated and complete. I have problems with the printer I ordered and all communications have been quick although not resolved. I have given a five star review for TO which is a true representation of the service provided. The printer is another matter. I ordered a Creality Ender 6, well packed, easy to assemble, looks great but "out of the box" definitely not. 1. Creality are shipping the CE6 without slicing software to support it. TO advised to download and use Ultimaker Cure. Ultimaker have confirmed in email that they do not have a slicer profile for the CE6, they recommend selecting CE5 and adjusting the XYZ print dimensions accordingly. This is also the same response from Simplify3D help desk. 2. Due to length of time in storage/transit from China, all the rubberized bearing guides develop "compression flat spots" which can be felt when manually moving any axis. As the bearings rotate through one revolution the bearing carriage suffers a judder at the flat spot. Creality would be better off shipping their printers with the carriage bearings lose. 3. The supplied plastic "U" clamps for the flexible conduit to the print head are terrible. They crush the conduit as opposed to firmly supporting it. A friend has printed a fantastic set of custom clamps from Thingiverse. 4. All prints are suffering from excessive extrusion on the first few layers. During these layers the print sounds bad as it grinds and grates over the previous layer and looks atrocious. This has not been resolved yet but confident of a solution. Other than the printer, TO are excellent and I intend to use them as my preferred supplier.”

“The Creality CR-6 SE is the second 3D printer I have bought from Technology Outlet. Even as an experienced 3D hobbyist, I had a slight problem with the setup. A quick email to their support team brought a swift solution and all was good in a matter of hours. This is the second 3D printer I have bought from Technology Outlet and sought their advice in both cases. I have to say that they are my supplier of choice for several reasons. First, they are local to where I live in Leicestershire. Second, their pre-purchase advice regarding choice of equipment is excellent and unbiased. Finally, buying and running 3D printers can be both technical and daunting, that’s why I rely on the highly experienced and willing support of Technology Outlet. Delivery is next day and always prompt.”
