“I have contacted you on numerous occassions because you keep sending me order updates for other people in my organisation. I've had multiple responses telling me my name has been removed from the contract but they keep coming. It means people in my organisation have no update on their order and I have all of them, for things I didn't order. It's not just the order confirmations either, it's all the follow up emails from you 3D Prima and DPD.”

“I had issues buying my 3D printer from its manufacturer with DPD proving to be a hassle and sending my parcel back. I ended up cancelling my order as I saw it was available for next day delivery from Technology Outlet. I was at first hesitant, as I hadn't heard of them before. But boy was I mistaken. The package arrived the next day with no hassle. Funnily enough, they used DPD too, but TO provided my correct address and dispatched the order immediately with no fuss. Really pleased with my purchase and will definitely be buying from them again.”
