“They have an enormous catalogue of stuff related to 3D printing, both hardwear and consumables. Best of all they have a very quick response time. I've never waited more than a couple of days on standard delivery. When I've rung them to get an answer to a query I have always been met with a knowledgeable and helpful answer by people who obviously know their business.”

“I hadn't heard about technology outlet previously, so when the 3d printer I was looking for was listed with them at a cheaper rate than the manufacturer, I was tempted and let it sit a few days. I decided to bite the bullet and give them a go, and didn't regret it, the product was delivered the next day, which was sooner than the website mentioned, it's been a couple of months now and things are going great. I'd definitely buy without hesitation next time.”

“I contacted the team with a concern about one of the axes on my printer. My email was replied to promptly with a suggestion that the printer be returned for testing and repair. The whole process was painless and my printer was repaired and back with me within 3 working days. Great customer service experience!”

“I bought a creality k1c from them and it came with a partial clog. I removed the nozzle and got rid of the clog (I think) and now it's saying something about having a problem with the heat sensor of the nozzle and it's constantly at about 99°. You'd think it would work for £500. Do not recommend these guys”

“I found this chapter to be particularly interesting as someone who has been involved in the world of cryptocurrency. I initially had doubts about it but eventually started taking it seriously in 2020. I joined an investment scheme that was doing well from 2020 to 2022. “I have purchased several times from T/O, the service they provide is also top class and is my go to place for 3D printing. Couple of key call outs here for me are 1. I live in Northern Ireland but I get treated like I should and thats being part of the United Kingdom, others try to charge additional costs for delivery but you don't that here, plus it only takes 2 days, others that do offer free delivery your waiting a week cause they cheap out. 2. I did have an issue with a failed part on a printer long after the warranty period and T/O supported me in identifying the problem and getting the part. Yes you can be lured to others with discount gimmicks on filament etc but I wouldn't risk it over the exceptional service etc I receive here.”
