I did not receive what I ordered :/

I bought a creality k1c from them and it came with a partial clog. I removed the nozzle and got rid of the clog (I think) and now it's saying something about having a problem with the heat sensor of the nozzle and it's constantly at about 99°. You'd think it would work for £500. Do not recommend these guys

The website contained misleading information regarding the specs for a printer. When querying why the item purchased had different specs to those stated on the website, the relevant incorrect information was removed and we were told that it had not been there. The printer had been bought based on the buildplate specs on the website, and this was false information. Customer service were not helpful on my complaint. We now have a printer that has a build plate too small to do the job it was bought for.

UNABLE TO PRIT ANYTHING. THE Y AXIS RANDOMLY SHIFTS BY UP TO 5MM. SUPPORT DO NOT RESPOND. I AM DEAF SO CANNOT CALL THEM.

Two weeks have passed, and it is through my own inquiry that I am informed that my order was lost, somehow. To boot, i'm offered to swap the order into something else, or put the item on backorder, as it has been sold out. Why would I order something other than what I need? Why no refund? The chat help is extremely slow to respond, to the point where I figured no one was there.

I ordered a 3d printer on Monday 26th December. The website made no mention of them being closed all over the period, in fact offered me delivery by Wednesday if I ordered that day, then offered me a 5% discount to do so. As my parcel had not arrived on the Wednesday I asked when it would arrive (all communication by email as no-one answers a phone) and was told next day that "it has shipped so you can expect your parcel in the next couple of days. Next day, when it hadn't shown up on the DPD app I asked for the parcel consignment details which I received next day. As I write this on Tuesday 3rd of Jan the parcel STILL isn't with DPD so I have wasted a week waiting and am back to work tomorrow so won't be in to receive the parcel should it get to DPD today, which i doubt. Diabolical service with almost sarcastic (capital letters and huge fonts) replies from Natasha. Phone goes straight to voicemail so cant speak to anyone about this and emails dont get replied to. Honest answers and contact with a customer would have avoided this review.

Absolutely shocking! Placed an order for an item that was in stock, it was never delivered and I was never notified, so had to call them only to be told it is out of stock now, and I'd need to email for a refund! AVOID!

Stay Clear - Provide tracking details for shipments that have not yet shipped, also tracking detaisl for goods which are being delivered to a totally different address to mine...Plus NOBODY answers the phone or answes EMAILS ! Im not taking any chances....Ive canceled my order and requested a full refund !

Been around a week since ordering and still no delivery. Normally wouldn't be bothered by this considering the current global situation but the site specifically offers 'Next day delivery for orders over £60' -- despite that, they sent via Royal Mail 48 hour.

I had high hopes for the CopyMaster 3D 500 printer I ordered through Technology Outlet, and things started great with a fast delivery. At this point I will highlight that I had ordered a reconditioned printer. Things quickly went downhill when I noticed whilst removing from the packaging one of the z axis holding brackets was bent off centre and the z axis coupler on that side was strected out about 7-10mm from where it should be. Contacted support and they eventually came back and said the coupler is fine. So I continued trying to get some prints, unsuccessfully again I tried getting help through the support team but was told it was a bed leveling issue. I currently have 2 printers sat in my office, my old one I have been running for years and I have many many hours of leveling practice. So over the weekend I went deep drive into the calibration of the printer, watching each attempted print carefully. At which point I found the z axis is completely out of whack, I can not think of a better way to describe it. The axis steppers will randomly stop turning at inconsistant times, sometimes going 240mm+ without issues other times stopping after 5mm. On top of this the same issues on the X axis, I did not observe the Y axis doint the same but cannot rule it out. I know I ordered a reconditioned printer and was expecting it to be a bit beaten up but it should have been able to at least print. I am now unable to reach technology outlet on the phone and they have not responded to my emails. At this point, I really have to say to avoid using them unless they turn this situation around soon.

Postage was left in the incorrect place after strict instructions with carrier to leave in covered porch. Parcel got totally soaked through. Recieved no response from Technology Outlet when I complained. Poor customer service.

The printer supplied has an old version 2.1 motherboard, a very cheap a nasty power supply and is fitted with plastic corner braces. The price Technology Outlet charged me, when price compaired is very over priced!!!

Multiple times I've placed orders and they were either late or never even dispatched! The girl that runs the phones doesn't seem to have a clue, this is probably due to pressure from orders mounting up but I use Amazon now for there PLA its cheaper and guaranteed to be here the day after. Not good
