“I placed ordered on their website on the 21st of December because it had a countdown saying that if the order was placed before Monday the 23rd it would be dispatched on the 23rd for delivery on the 24th. So let’s see if it arrives tomorrow!! I call them on the 23rd to make sure that it would be dispatched and I was insured that it had already left them. This was a Christmas present for my son.Which was left a little bit late!! But today the 27th I received a dispatch email from technology outlet. So they obviously lied about it leaving them. The worst case scenario is that if the courier messed up it should have arrived today the 27th.”

“Ordered over 1500 pounds of items for next day ordered before 11 am didn’t get any updates contacted support who seems like they didn’t care.was told got collected same day as ordered but according to dod tracking wasn’t collect till the next day. Had planned someone to be at home to receive the order.”

“Very disappointed with the primavalue PLA+ I've been trying to work with it all week and it was just warping and pulling off the bed! I think this might actually be ABS as the only way it will print is at 80c bed temp, 230C hotend at 10mm/s.”

And hopefully thismatter can be rectified and then my rating can be modified. “I bought a creality k1c from them and it came with a partial clog. I removed the nozzle and got rid of the clog (I think) and now it's saying something about having a problem with the heat sensor of the nozzle and it's constantly at about 99°. You'd think it would work for £500. Do not recommend these guys”

“The website contained misleading information regarding the specs for a printer. When querying why the item purchased had different specs to those stated on the website, the relevant incorrect information was removed and we were told that it had not been there. The printer had been bought based on the buildplate specs on the website, and this was false information. Customer service were not helpful on my complaint. We now have a printer that has a build plate too small to do the job it was bought for.”

“Two weeks have passed, and it is through my own inquiry that I am informed that my order was lost, somehow. To boot, i'm offered to swap the order into something else, or put the item on backorder, as it has been sold out. Why would I order something other than what I need? Why no refund? The chat help is extremely slow to respond, to the point where I figured no one was there.”

“I ordered a 3d printer on Monday 26th December. The website made no mention of them being closed all over the period, in fact offered me delivery by Wednesday if I ordered that day, then offered me a 5% discount to do so. As my parcel had not arrived on the Wednesday I asked when it would arrive (all communication by email as no-one answers a phone) and was told next day that "it has shipped so you can expect your parcel in the next couple of days. Next day, when it hadn't shown up on the DPD app I asked for the parcel consignment details which I received next day. As I write this on Tuesday 3rd of Jan the parcel STILL isn't with DPD so I have wasted a week waiting and am back to work tomorrow so won't be in to receive the parcel should it get to DPD today, which i doubt. Diabolical service with almost sarcastic (capital letters and huge fonts) replies from Natasha. Phone goes straight to voicemail so cant speak to anyone about this and emails dont get replied to. Honest answers and contact with a customer would have avoided this review.”

“Absolutely shocking! Placed an order for an item that was in stock, it was never delivered and I was never notified, so had to call them only to be told it is out of stock now, and I'd need to email for a refund! AVOID!”
