A reasonable response to some very disappointing filament earns a "reasonable" rating. The filament is very fragile - and breaks at any opportunity - or none. I have the reel on good bearings, set directly above the print head. It tends to stay intact during a print but will snap if left idle overnight. I'll not be buying any more of this filament, I am afraid.
It would be helpful if you could put the out of stock notice on the colour selection section of PLA filament instead of having to select each colour individually only to find it’s not available.
Given a 3 due to service, the filament I received is good quality & the delivery time was fantastic but when it arrived there had been a picking error and they’d sent one of the wrong colour, so I emailed to tell them and they told me to take a £5 refund and keep the filament or send it back and have to wait at least 2 weeks for a replacement
Had to chase for initial shipping info but was kept informed afterwards.
Am not impressed with the Micro swiss now have serious issues with stringing which I didn't have with the stock hot end
Had a pretty poor experience with a delivery and poor customer service regarding this, only reasons it's not lower is that the product is good. Would have to think about using again.
Products are good but poor instructions.
Was sent an incorrect item, the error was rectified but it cost me time.
Was not that impressed with the boxes , anticipated a silicone seal on the lid Maybe a better description on the website, cannot see how they will be air tight

The product quality and price are excellent. If I were rating the overall service on these things alone, I would be selecting "Very Good". However, as the choice of Courier service is a major part of the whole purchasing process, I can only just rate the Technology Outlet as "Acceptable". My item was "At our local depot", for 2 days! The only purpose for delaying is to differentiate and justify the increased cost of next day delivery. I also have to say that, it also seemed to take a very long time for the item to be handed to the courier. I must reiterate, this should not take a way the fact that the product is good and a good price. Tighten up your system and/or get a different courier!
I ordered a Borosilicate glass build plate for ender 3, the image shows a plain clear version and I recieved the creality black coated version, this is not what is shown in image, as I ordered this specifically as I did not want a coated version.
Items arrived next day, Although the quality of the material has gone down. The carbon filled PLA seems to act more like ABS causing shrinking and curling of larger items.
Good products, shipping costs are high and slow for smaller items that could use standard post instead of couriers.

There is two parts to this story. First part - very helpful. Package sent directly from them arrived next day, before midday. perfect. Second part - they don't always send stock that is "in stock" directly from them. It can come from other places, like amazon. Unfortunately, they didn't communicate this so we only received one box on the monday morning. We thought the printer had gone missing so had to chase. Turns out it was being sent by Amazon and Hermes. Hermes are notorious for random delivery times. 5.50 one night. 7.50 the next night. Of course, not much use for a business/school. The package was finally delivered two days later than planned. Communication was key in all of this. Don't advertise products are being sent by a quality courier, when they are coming from Hermes/Yodel etc. Anyway, items finally received and a resolution in the form of discounted future orders.

While it is rare that we sell out from our in-house warehouse, and in these exceptional cases we send from Amazons warehouse. Good product, delivery was a bit slow
Really happy with the advice and knowledge I made a mistake with the order that someone picked up on. Bit unfortunate I didn’t get the next day delivery as a result and then when the parcel arrived an item was missing. It is a busy time of year though and it all arrived on time for a gift.
Delivery quick but problems with printer completing prints. Read now it's the SD card supplied potentially. Sad this is not picked up earlier as frustrating
Brilliant item, just ashamed that they were selling items that they knew were out of stock which resulted in my birthday present being delivered 5 days after the estimated delivery
