“I don't normally write reviews but I am blown away by the service I have received. I purchased a 3d printer which was delivered the next day. Unfortunately I messed up and broke a couple of components. A quick email the next morning and I was told how to reattach the connector and what part I needed to order. The part arrived and now I am back up and running.”
