“The new printer is a little bit more complicated to use as it doesn't seem to have the correct support that's the negative side. I would recommend this printer once you have worked out how to use it. Delivery from technology outlet is brilliant”

“Quick delivery, but the integration with Shop isn't good enough. It reported the parcel delivered somewhere else, days before i placed the order. Despite it being not a fault of Technology Outlet it is still confusing the customer.”

“Problem with delivery of items, I stated our closure dates over christmas, however, the items were still dispatched, so i had to contact Technology Outlet to let you know that there was no-one to take delivery until 6.1.25. I believe the items have come back to you; a bit concerning as items were filament and 3D printers, so quite expensive.”

“I wasn't quite sure of how long my parcel would take to be delivered so was a little conncerned after I'd placed the order. It came within a few days though. I would suggest you don't deliver items with the contents broadcasting from the box they're in; it was pure chance I answered the door instead of the person I was buying it for as a surprise present.”

“So far I have used my FLSUN V400 for around 35 hours. It arrived promptly, it was easy to set up, came very well packed and included a small roll of filament. I'm a sculptor and use the free 3D open-source software package Blender to design some of my work. It is really quite amazing to watch a machine making things for me that would be impossible to produce using any other technique.”

“Ordered more that 10+ reels of various types of filaments, sometimes they are mislabeled (PETG labeled as PLA) which was quite confusing. other than that it's usually delivered in 5 working days. good shop, will come back.”

“Ordered the ender 5 hot end fully assembled kit came on the 28th of july was told would receive it on friday i did not get it until monday. which was ok as it arrived but when it came the box was damaged badly thankfuly the item was not”

“Bought the Flashforge Creator Pro with additional glass bed and filament pack, excellent starter 3d printer, only complaints were the glass bed was not cut correctly and doesn’t fit the bed properly and the filament was 4 packs of white pla, different colours in the pack Would have been nice .. but apart from that I would purchase from Technology Outlet again and most likely will in the future”
