Black Friday was the first time I'd ordered from Technology Outlet - had never heard of them before - and was impressed by, well, everything about them really! First order (ender 5 plus - huuuge box!) was placed on Friday, and even though the (free) delivery was set for Tuesday, I received it Saturday morning next day via DPD. I rang TO a few times also whilst deciding on which printer to buy, and every time I called they were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to answer the phone. My second order (more Black Friday deals - can't resist!), I ordered various filament spools and resins. One of the filaments however was a different weight to what was advertised on the website, but rather than brush the issue under the table or tell me to send it back, they went above and beyond - with zero hassle they sent me out a second filament spool (colour of my choosing too) to make up for the discrepancy (which arrived next day). Anyway, overall I've been really impressed - it's rare to find a UK company that offers both competitive pricing and excellent customer service these days, and I'll definitely be shopping here again.
