“I'm very impressed. Never in my life have I emailed a query to a company and had a reply in less than 60 seconds. I'm very hard to impress by the way. Additionally, my order arrived damaged due to the courier. I emailed again and it was all sorted out and a replacement with me the next day. I will definitely use them again.”

“Fantastic customer services and a really well priced product. Helped me out with which printer to buy over the phone. Printer came very fast and had it running no issues. Used their great online instructions to set up a BLTouch (extra for the printer) and had problems due to a damaged USB stick, they sent one out with no charge which sorted the issue. Very impressed with how paitient and helpful they were on the phone. Will buy all the rest of my products from them if able to!”
