“Given a 3 due to service, the filament I received is good quality & the delivery time was fantastic but when it arrived there had been a picking error and they’d sent one of the wrong colour, so I emailed to tell them and they told me to take a £5 refund and keep the filament or send it back and have to wait at least 2 weeks for a replacement”

“Really good service. As all of the materials we ordered were to 3d print PPE for nhs and care staff a discount option would have been appreciated as funds were raised in Just giving. Technology supplies have sent lots of plastics to schools to help out. Still great service from technology outlet and will use again.”

“Ok service. Product itself is good quality. The day before delivery was called to say one item was out of stock and so had to swap for another item. Meant I had to wait another day for delivery. Rated poor because this order was a donation to someone making PPE for the NHS. Emailed twice to ask if the company would consider donating some equipment and was completely ignored both times.”

“Perfect purchase really. Price was fine. It said it was in stock and it was (many others online stores claim stock they don’t have) So basically ordered online on a Saturday received on the Tuesday. Arrived brand new in sealed manufacturers box and works fine. What more could you ask for?”
