“I was looking for a reasonably priced medium sized 3D printer and I found Technology Outlet. They ship from the UK, have reasonable shipping rates and also have very nicely priced Creality CR10 alike printers. I decided to go for a Copymaster 3D 400, which basically is a CR10S4 with a very reasonable price tag. The printer arrived very well packaged and was easy enough to assemble and I was printing within a few hours. What is even more impressive: they have a support department that actually works. I am really impressed! If there is one thing, it is the documentation. I would really love to see a proper documentation for the Copymaster 3D and its onboard controller software.”

“I recently bought 2 items , a BLtouch and a flexible bed for my CR10S Pro Both items arrived quickly and well packed via UPS . The transaction was simple to do and the web site well laid out. I havent tried the BL Touch yet but the flexible bed is better than I could have hoped for . When I'm printing the parts stick like SH*T and when I have finished I flex the bed and it just pops off . Worth every penny”

“I recently bought a refurbished 3D printer from Technology Outlet, which was stated to have been tested and I assumed, ready to use. The nozzle wasn't cleaned and was clogged with dried filament and there was filament already in the feed tube. I had to then find a guide online for how to clean the nozzle etc and get it ready to print. The power cable/instructions/tools were all missing, which is apparently to be expected on a refurbished machine. Its all printing well so far but its a bit of a shame that was the experience, as I don't think it would take much to follow up a purchase of a refurb'ed printer with an email from Tech Outlet with a link to where to get the manual, the software, the tools etc which would have made things better in my opinion.”

Their UK after sales support has been absolutely 1st class and without their support the 3D printer would still be in the box.”

“Easy to order from, exactly what I expected from the research I’d done on the ended 3. Technology outlet made it easy to spend my money and even included instruction videos. Although the instruction videos on the BLTOUCH need a little bit of work in my opinion and reshooting as a lot of the time hands are blocking the parts being added as well as things being out of frame. It’s just enough to get things setup.”
