“Can’t fault K&B Audio for quality, delivery & excellent packaging only just found this company by looking for ceiling speakers for a client after looking through there vast selection of products we decided to go for ceiling with wall mount control panel which look fab !! when reading the easy to follow instructions there was an option to link to the tv so I’ve just ordered the additional items for this to complete the system, I will definitely be recommending this company and using them for my future clients I’m well impressed thank you 🙏”

“Second purchase we've made from this company and as an online retailer it's excellent. We always research customer reviews and buying from K&B is a safe choice. Excellent products with clear knowledge, easy to order, great communication throughout the end to end sale process. Speedy dispatch and follow up. If there was one gripe I'd suggest they look closely at their preferred courier. You'd think Fed Ex, given its world profile would be A+ - not so, they clearly couldn't be bothered to deliver it on the due date, despite having it for 36 hours, and if you are waiting in to ensure receipt it's annoying. This is not K&B's fault but reflects on the overall experience. I'd recommend anyone to buy from this company, they are excellent. If products are time sensitive then give some leeway if Fed Ex is involved. Love the product we bought - just as described. Definitely 5/5.”

“I ordered the AudioTechnics LPX60 and Edifier RT1700 bundle. It’s a really great deal when you look at the price of the items individually, and both items arrived in perfect condition- ordered Friday, received Monday. One thing to note is that the speakers were actually delivered on Sunday (great, early!), so don’t worry if you receive one item and not the other at first as they’re sent separately. K&B Audio also have a really useful guide on their YouTube for setting up the turntable, which was invaluable. The only negative part of this experience, which I haven’t let affect the star rating, is that DPD did “fail to deliver” the turntable once (read: couldn’t be bothered and drove right past). Obviously not K&B Audio’s fault, but it would be wise to consider the reliability of the delivery service when ordering. I ended up rerouting the parcel and picking it up from a drop off point, which worked much better. Overall, a really fantastic deal for budget audiophiles, excellent communication from the company and a frankly unbeatable price. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again when it’s time for an upgrade!”
