“Easy website to use. Next day delivery (amazing since I placed the order at 3pm). Had a small issue understanding the set up and called for help - really helpful and couldnt fault anything. Stereo is excellent too!”

“Craig and the team were absolutely first rate. My problem with getting my turntable and speakers to work was a “small beer” issue for them but I never had that sense. Exchange of emails to get to the source of the problem. Only too happy to help.”

“I purchased an Open box pair of Kanto Ren in Grey for a great price. The order process was simple, communication was excellent and they were delivered ahead of schedule. K&B were excellent throughout and I will absolutely use them for my next purchase - a turntable to go with the excellent Kanto Ren speakers. The Kanto Ren speakers were easy to set up, look great and sound even better. I could not be happier with the speakers or the experience of ordering through K&B. The fact I had an outstanding deal on these speakers was the cherry on the top.”

“I can only offer positive comments about K&B Audio. I phoned, prior to ordering, to discuss the product and understand how easy it was to set up. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The product arrived as promised and setup was easy, also as promised. The product itself is as described. Overall, a very good customer experience.”

“Couldn’t have had a better experience. Popped into the shop itself as it was only a short journey. Welcomed politely and in minutes was showed some demos. I changed my mind of what I had planned on going in to buy after hearing the demos and was really pleased with my purchase. Highly recommend K B audio and if your local well worth the visit, very helpful and quality goods. 100% recommend.”

“From the outset this was an incredibly positive online shopping experience. The website and shop were easy to navigate, plus the 10% discount for my first purchase was a welcome surprise. Communication to and from K&B was fantastic - an email query was responded to quickly and reassuringly. The order was placed and dispatched almost immediately and the delivery communication was excellent. FedEx delivered the next day. I cannot fault this company, from beginning to end this was a very happy customer experience (a novelty these days). I would definitely recommend K&B to my friends.”
