“Thoroughly happy with my Hi-Fi system purchase. Website was easy to scan through, with all the details just one layer underneath. K&B have done all the hard work in selecting good equipment, so choosing was simple. I didn’t need to ask the customer service team anything, so no comment on that. I couldn’t believe you used 24-hour delivery as standard: A real joy. Everything came promptly and correctly: Set up with no issues. I’ll be back for something else soon.”

“The person I spoke to was very polite and knowledgeable and understood my needs and situation (room size) he presented me with speakers that would suit, after hearing a demo of some different ones those were the ones I opted for instead roughly the same size but better quality”

“Too early to say as can’t connect the speakers to the amp or cd as they forgot to include the connection cables. When contacted to ask about this they said would be next day delivery to put this rite but unfortunately couldn’t be bothered to sort it out ???”

Hi, my apologies that you did not receive your cables. I'm not sure why you say we couldn't be bothered to sort it out though? As soon as you made us aware by telephone we immediately shipped the cables out to you the same day using Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked. We also updated the product on our inventory software to prevent this happening again. Kind regards, Craig.

“Love the cinema set up. Sound is brilliant and at a very good price. Just annoyed as remote bettery cover was snapped on opening unsure whether was me who did it or done before. Was told will have to pay for remote again. Wasnt best pleased but have asked for a price for remote. I Still havent heard anything and its been nearly a month!”

“I am happy with the prompt dispach of the order and the safe packeaging. There was a problem with the initial order which I chased up. The item was out of stock but, there was another of a different colour which did not bother me.”

“great company, haven’t received my item yet due to a fault with the shipping company, i contacted them and customer service was great and even resolved the issue even though it wasn’t their fault it was the shipping providers and have re sent out my items.”

“I ordered a pair of Majority Bluetooth D100 Bookshelf speakers from K&B Audio as I wanted to get them from a specialist retailer, rather than the usual mega companies. K&B were great: - their equimpment is competitively priced, my speakers came as ordered without any delay and K&B sent an informative email with details about how to set up a varierty of hifi equipment, reassuring me that they will be able to rovde expert adavice, should I need it. I have no hesitation in recommending K&B Audio.”

“I had been looking at a new HIFI and Vinyl system for quite a while. Burdened by choice, and worried about quality I turned to K&B Audio - and I am glad I did. The packages they have are fantastic, and have some quality brands involved. I am over the moon with my Pure system with Audio Technica player. I am glad I trusted K&B over buying an (albeit cheaper) inferior system. Delivery was fast and safe too!”

“Bought some Edifier R1280T speakers on someone’s recommendation from a Facebook record player group. The usual idiots wrote ‘bin the record player and buy a good one’ etc, but 2 people recommended these speakers. I bought them, and the sound is 1000% better, I’m hugely impressed. Also, K+B Audio sent emails with clear set-up instructions. Outstanding. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.”
