“Updated my 2016 Eos sound bathroom system with the 2026 E120 system , truly amazing how the technology has come on, and how easy the system is to set up and use, well worth the upgrade and must give a big thank you to Craig for answering all my pre purchase questions, nothing was too much trouble, can’t recommend K&B Audio enough..”

“The ordering process was simple and the product is what we expected. Unfortunately, your delivery choice was quite poor as the driver did not deliver to our home, he left it at the entrance to the park site which is open to everyone and we were very fortunate that is was not stolen! The delivery was supposed to be signed for?”

“Love this record player , I had one but sound quality was poor this one is excellent & connected to Bluetooth speakers easily Website is good & this what’s in the box purchase saved me £50 👍 & it arrived within a few days of ordering , all in all I’m very happy”

“Despite the website giving assurances that all "open-box" items were fully checked before being despatched, I was very disappointed to find that my turntable was received in a box that had obviously not been checked. Th content was in some disarray with loose packaging, missing allen key and damaged stylus. I complained about this and found Craig very knowledgeable and helpful. The damaged stylus replaced with a superior model and all was well. However, this should never have happened in the first place as it it causes customers and staff unecessary inconvenience and annoyance. It is unlikely that I would buy anything that was open-box again from K&B. The action taken by the company to rectify the situation is however commendable and a welcome change from the way in which other companies deal with complaints.”

“The order process, communication and despatch of my order was fantastic and above my expectations. One of two packages were delivered by DPD as promised but the second package (Turntable) did not arrive at all due to a problem at their sortation facility apparently. I received no further communication from DPD but having contacted yourselves one was re ordered and I received it 24 hours later. Overall great serice from yourselves only let down by your courier!”

“Excellent web page and I really like the videos telling you about the products. Very easy and quick ordering. Expecting my speakers to be delivered in 2-3 days, as it was free delivery, but they arived next day. Highly reccomended.”
