“The ordering process was quick and easy with a good array of options. The items were delivered in a couple of days, ever taking into account a bank holiday. Everything was easy to set up and the quality is fantastic! This is the first time I have ordered from K&B but I wouldn’t hesitate using them again.”

“I was unsure about what speaker system to choose, called the team at K&B Audio and they were beyond helpful. They took me through 2 or 3 options for our kitchen and eventually landed on the one that would suit us best. I placed my order immediately and the speakers arried the next day. “Very good service and communication from K&B all the way through the order process. Really impressed with the turntable and speaker bundle. “First rate service and a First rate delivery!! I cannot praise K & B Audio enough in respect of the fantastic service I received on the 14th August 2026. I was looking to buy some ceiling speakers and not being very technical and with next to no knowledge on the matter had some questions so telephoned and spoke to Jack at K & B Audio who immediately made me feel at ease, he was very patient and explained the various options and the alternatives available and took time to go over certain areas that I was struggling to understand. After some discussion Jack suggested an alternative system which would allow me to link up additional rooms at a later date without losing any of the sound quality and this all came out cheaper than the product that I thought I needed. K & B Audio and Jack were not about the profit but about what was best for me and what product suited my requirements and future needs. I placed my order that same day at about 13.45 and received my new purchase on the VERY NEXT DAY via DPD at 10.30 all within 21 hours and at no extra cost. Jack and K & B Audio I will be intouch as soon as the other room has been refurbed and once again a very big THANK YOU for the help and advice and for a First Class Service”

“Thank you K&B for the amazing hassle free purchase of Majority homerton music system. The music system which includes dab, Spotify, Bluetooth, cd,radio is truly amazing. The sound system is amazing, you can turn it up for parties or low for relaxing. Highly recommend this Majority Homerton music system.”

“Second time ordering with K&B audio and there is a reason why! Not only was delivery vertically instant with me only having to wait 24hours, the products and customer service is second to none, pricing is extremely competitive with other suppliers online and sound quality which is of the upmost importance is exceptional. I firstly installed products into my garden room using K&B so it made sense to use them again when building the extension.”

“The site was very easy to use and free delivery was next day, despite the order form saying it would be 2 to 3 days when I ordered it, so that was nice. Fully trackable delivery was also very useful. As for the actual turntable and speaker combo, very nice indeed, although some instructions for both would have been nice 😂. Luckily, it is very easy to set up and I was spinning my old LPs in no time at all! Thank you Craig and your team, top marks!”
