“i am very please so far with my LP60XUSB turntable , i did buy a turntable last year from some were else,for under £60.0. but it did not have automatic return and has a small platter to place record on ,so when i played my 12" dance and house music some of them JUMP i have not played them for over 15 years so i thought they had warped ,but i have keep the records in record steel box, and played once or twice 15 years ago,, so spend a bit more for quality!!even my L”

“Nice and easy. Knew what I wanted so looked for the best price inc p&p. Delighted it was an independent who came out top - I didn’t need support this time but like the idea these k&b exist for when I do. (I wasn’t expecting it to arrive as quick as it did. That’s where a certain big e-retailer wins out & all indies need to work to get into the system asap)”

“System arrived 3 days late although I paid for next day delivery which was refunded without questions. This was due to a problem with the courier company. Audio Technica turntable and edifer speaker and headphones are superb. Blue tooth is easy to use and no messy cables. Ideal for someone bringing out their old vinyl after 40 years.”

“No problem at all in selecting and ordering the product. The product confirms the reviews I read before ordering and operated straight from the box - a very nice piece of kit. Not too impressed by the delivery performance - scheduled for 'Thursday 09.00- 13.00 - so made arrangements for this. Actual delivery was Friday 17.35, dumped at my front door.”

“Easy to use the web site. Lots of useful information. Ordering process easy. DPD's tracking wasn't good - you have to be in to take delivery and they only gave me an hours notice. Notwithstanding that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend K&B Audio”

“The delivery was prompt and the equipment (AT-LP70XBT) is really good. I'm a novice when it comes to what is good and what's not but I'm very pleased with the sound. I've only given 4 star because setting up the equipment was a little tricky for me. (novice) I used the 'quick set up' and videos on line. The push button on the speaker was a revelation!!! I am loving my new equipment!!!”

“Firstly...I am very happy with my purchase (Edifier R1280T Speakers). They are great and great value for money. So all good there. However, and this may not be the fault of K&B Audio, but FedEx delivery was terrible. Having been informed that delivery would be between 9am & 1pm, I waited in ALL day and no delivery. I checked tracking and it said that they were on vehicle awaiting delivery. Nothing. I then waited most of the following day and only recieved delivery towards the end of the second day. (parcel also left outside door in pouring rain so got rather damp !)”
